Whether you are looking for full service home clean outs where the home is completely empty and ready to list or need to have an estate sale we have you covered. We work with clients located all over the NW and are based out of Oregon City, Oregon.
Home Clear Out
This is ideal for someone who needs to get their home or their loved one’s home on the market quickly, items in home are valued at less than $4,000 total or you’ve removed items of value and need the remaining donated or thrown away. All home clean out services require custom quote/in person visit before signing a contract with us.

Estate Sale
This is ideal for someone who has enough time to have the home clean and stage a home in preparation for an in-house sale and the items in the home are valued over $4,000 total. Sales are run over 2-3 days and pricing includes prep, pricing, tables, signs staffing, marketing and promotion. We charge a flat rate of 40% of the total sale revenue. All sales require a free in person custom quote/visit before signing a contract with us. Depending on the client need, any unsold items can be consigned, auctioned or donated.
